*Please note that when boundary lines are changed, such as a division or recombination of property, the survey map is required to be recorded at the Register of Deeds. This process will also involve the planning department for the jurisdiction that the property is located within and the survey will have to go through an approval process with the planning department.

When contacting us for a free estimate, please provide us with the following information (if you do not have all of the below, please provide us with what info you have):
- Location of the property (such as the address, NCPIN Number, Parcel ID, etc.)
- Property owner name
- What type of survey work is needed - if you are not sure, please describe what you are trying to do/accomplish with the property
- Any additional information that may be helpful
The above information will allow us to pinpoint the property so that we can put together information about the property so we can prepare an estimate.
